Who We Are

MoonAI LLC operates the independent PhotoCraft website at https://photocraftai.app. We are not the official ArtCraft website or the maintainers of the upstream PhotoCraft project. This policy covers our website and support communications. It does not cover GitHub or other external websites linked from our pages.

Information We Process

• Website and security data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the site.
• Preferences: the website may remember your language and display preferences using cookies or browser storage.
• Support messages: when you email us, we receive the address and information you provide. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or images containing sensitive personal information.
• Analytics: if Google Analytics is enabled, Google may process page views, interactions, browser and device information, and approximate location. The analytics script is not loaded when no Measurement ID is configured. We do not send image contents or support message contents as analytics events.

The current website does not provide paid accounts, cloud image storage, or AI processing. It does not ask you to upload images to our servers. A future editor or account service may have different data flows; this policy will be updated when those services are introduced.

Why We Use Information

We use this information to deliver pages, remember preferences, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, understand aggregate site use when analytics is enabled, and answer support or privacy requests. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and Analytics Controls

You can clear or restrict cookies and local storage in your browser. This may reset your language or display preferences. Browser tracking protections may also restrict analytics. Google explains its processing and available controls in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Where consent is required for nonessential analytics, it must be obtained before that analytics is enabled for the relevant visitors. This policy is an explanation of processing, not a substitute for obtaining consent.

Service Providers and External Links

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery, and security. Google provides analytics when enabled. Our email service processes correspondence sent to our support mailbox. External downloads and project links, including GitHub, are governed by their own privacy policies. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention and Security

Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond and resolve requests. Hosting and analytics records are subject to the providers' configured retention periods. We use access controls and HTTPS to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence.

Your Requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Email us with the subject “Privacy Request” and enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. We may need to verify the request. Since the public site does not create user accounts, there is no account profile to delete.

Children and Changes

The website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date shown above identifies the current version.
